Tree Hazard Assessments

Tree Hazard Assessments

Lizzie the Arborist provides independent Tree Hazard Assessments that may permit immediate removal, or, for submission in conjunction with a Tree Permit Application when seeking approval to prune or remove a tree for structural or health reasons.

Our arborist reports are clear, concise and stick to the scope of work. We methodically investigate areas of concern and document all findings into a risk assessment that allows us to provide recommendations to mitigate tree defects and health concerns to provide peace of mind.

Your ability to perform tree works is bound by legislation enforced by local councils as stated in their Control Development Plans and Local Environment Plans. Further state government legislation such as the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) can also be relevant to your site. We are the experts in interpreting the legislation, and researching all aspects of your tree/s, to determine what options are available to you and to recommend the best step forward to achieve the right outcome for you and the environment.

Call us on 0401 301 233 for a confidential discussion about your tree concerns.
